Ad-hoc and contract maintenance for business

We are happy to take on ad-hoc work for business either on your site or in our workshop on a pay-as-you-go basis. Alternatively, contract maintenance provides our team as your outsourced IT department, monitoring the performance of your systems and available on demand allowing you to focus on your business, not your technology.

We provide maintenance contracts for a site fee of £50 per month. After a site survey and system inventory this gives you the peace of mind that somebody who understands your system is only a phone call away. Included with this monthly charge are telephone support, server log monitoring, and a reduced labour rate for any on-site or remote support. Our engineers will understand your system, be familiar with your site, and will have met your staff.

For a fraction of the cost of a member of staff we can provide all the benefits of a complete IT department. We can provide both reassurance and a “panic button” for your team. If disaster strikes you have somebody to call who is already familiar with your system. You can stop worrying about IT.
